Customers shall provide accurate and complete information at all times as may be required for availing our Services.
Sunway Digital Wave’s services will be subjected to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which is a global practice.
The Product Plan(s) and Service(s) offered by Sunway Digital Wave are only available in RFS areas. Please call our helpdesk to check if you are within the coverage area.
Customer credit verification will be performed prior to or at any time after service subscription.
Sunway Digital Wave reserves the rights without liability to revise these terms and conditions. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be given of such changes and all previous versions of our leaflets will be superseded.
Customers are able to review information on the Product Plan(s) and Service(s) at www.sunwaydigitalwave.com.my, including any changes to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Product Plan(s) and Service(s) after the Effective Date of any revision/change shall constitute acceptance.
The Product Plan(s) and Service(s) are listed on our official website. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Planned interruptions will be communicated in advance via email or other suitable methods.
Service starts on successful installation day. A 24-month subscription period is required. RM500 will be charged for early termination.
After 24 months, the service continues until either party gives notice. RM200 applies if customers downgrade their plan.
To terminate, call 03-5021 4688 or 03-5021 4500 and clear all outstanding bills.
Non-Malaysian customers are charged a RM500 deposit. Bills are issued at the beginning of each month.
Ensure your email address is correct to receive statements. Payment methods include JomPAY and cheque.
Late payments result in disconnection. Reconnection fee: RM10 (residential) / RM50 (commercial).
You will be contacted within 5 working days after registration for scheduling. RM200 fee applies if installation is deferred or access is denied on appointment day.
Customers must ensure the safety of SDW’s equipment. All equipment remains SDW’s property and must be returned upon termination.
